data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Per soddisfare la crescente richiesta da parte dei clienti di prestazioni aerotermiche specifiche dei turbolatori, in Be.Tube \u00e8 stato sviluppato un modello CFD completamente automatizzato, dalla generazione della geometria ai rapporti tecnici. Il modello CFD, molto facile da usare, validato rispetto a misurazioni sperimentali eseguite presso la sede aziendale per una gamma selezionata di turbolatori, mostra un&#8217;ottima precisione ed \u00e8 in grado di fornire informazioni utili sull&#8217;effetto delle modifiche di progettazione sulle prestazioni del turbolatore anche ai tecnici senza una forte conoscenza ed esperienza nei CFD. Da un magazzino virtuale in cui sono archiviate tutte le geometrie dei turbolatori, l&#8217;utente pu\u00f2 selezionare il progetto specifico da testare e valutare impostando i parametri di simulazione per pi\u00f9 test in un unico file di input. Una volta completate le simulazioni, una procedura di report automatizzato viene utilizzata per creare un file di output con i parametri prestazionali elencati per tutte le geometrie e condizioni operative testate, consentendo una valutazione delle prestazioni molto efficiente per tutti i turbolatori prodotti da Be.Tube.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div tecnologia CFD e il flusso di lavoro sviluppati per i turbolatori a filo vengono utilizzati anche per l&#8217;analisi dei tubi rigati internamente. Grazie ai parametri di modellazione disponibili, le scanalature possono essere simulate correttamente aumentando la risoluzione della griglia dal nucleo del tubo verso le pareti tramite il file di input principale. Il report automatico dell&#8217;effetto delle scanalature interne sui parametri prestazionali del tubo consente anche per questo prodotto una valutazione prestazionale rapida ed efficiente per
